Letting Go

A very strong essay. And a very hard to read to the end, and swallow. One of those very rare moments, that something found in the Internet made me cry.

Life is Short. And Beautiful. When it IS life.

Modern medicine is good at staving off death with aggressive interventions—and bad at knowing when to focus, instead, on improving the days that terminal patients have left.
